Note the line running North to South through the mid-section of the USA. This line defines the area that typically separates the use of Evaporative Coolers from Air Conditioning.

[Home Frequently Asked Questions 12-volt Models Testimonials Prices]

Evaporative Cooling is used in many areas West of the Line except during periods of high humidity. Air Conditioning is recommended East of the Line as humidity levels are normally too high for effective operation of Evaporative Cooling. If your area is humid then look at the 12-Volt Ice Models, the Alternative to A/C or a Portable 110-volt Air Conditioner.
